Brad Hicks

From stocking groceries in his family’s store to leading the Medford & Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, Brad Hicks understands that Oregon’s strength comes from working families and homegrown small businesses—not from the entrenched special interests and corporate lobbyists calling the shots in Salem.

Brad is running for State Senate because Southern Oregon deserves a voice that will fight back against the failures coming out of Salem—a voice that says enough is enough. After decades of creating jobs and standing up for local businesses, Brad is ready to put common-sense principles back to work for our communities.

In Salem, Brad will never forget who he serves. He’ll fight for rural Oregon and working people, listen instead of lecture, and stand up to out-of-touch mandates that make Oregon the butt of national punchlines. Brad knows Oregon’s best days are still ahead—if we have the courage to fight for them and the leadership to make them real.

Strong Local Economy and Small Business Protection

Brad is committed to reversing Oregon’s economic decline by creating jobs, supporting small businesses, and stopping policies that drive companies and families out of our state. He wants to restore common sense, end burdensome regulations, and ensure Southern Oregon’s community businesses can thrive.

Wildfire Resilience and Property Rights

Brad believes Salem’s top-down wildfire mandates have hurt local homeowners and disrupted lives. He will fight for local solutions that protect property rights, make communities safer from wildfire threats, and oppose policies that damage property values or ignore rural voices.

Giving Rural Oregon a Real Voice

Brad will listen to Southern Oregon. He promises to stand up for rural communities and working families—ensuring their votes, concerns, and ideas are respected in Salem, not drowned out by Portland insiders or entrenched interests.
